2. In short: the game collects no data
Infernal Industries works completely offline. The app has no internet access, requests no permissions and contains no ads, no in-app purchases and no analytics or tracking services. There are no user accounts. We receive no data about you through the app.
3. Data on your device
Your save game and settings (e.g. language, volume) are stored only in the app's private storage on your device. They never leave your device and are excluded from Android's automatic backup. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data in the Android settings removes them completely.
4. Purchase and download via Google Play
The game is sold and downloaded through Google Play. Google handles purchase, payment, download and updates as an independent controller under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. We never receive payment details such as card or account numbers.
Google provides us with sales reports (e.g. order number, date, country or region, price). We use them only for our accounting and to handle support requests about a purchase. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with the retention obligations of German commercial and tax law (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO); we delete the reports when these periods expire. Google also provides us with aggregated statistics on installs and crashes that do not identify individual users.
5. Contact and support
If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for questions about your purchase, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data once your request has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Where we process data based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
An informal email to kontakt@example.com is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
7. Changes
Should the game gain features that process data in the future, we will update this policy beforehand. The version published here applies. In case of doubt, the German version prevails.
